A delegation from religious tourism committee in Egyptian Travel Agents Association (ETAA) leaves today to Saudi Arabia in order to discuss the latest arrangements between the Egyptian and Saudi companies. That is to prevent any problems during the season of Sha’aban and Ramadan, and to take the necessary measures which organize the tours.
The delegation includes Nasser Turkey- deputy chairman of ETAA and head of religious tourism committee- Bassel Al Sisi, head of the economic committee in ETAA- Ehab Abdel A’al, secretariat, and Alaa Al Ghamry, head of members affairs committee.
The delegation will have several meetings with the Saudi Federation of Chambers of Commerce to discuss the mechanisms of dealing, particularly the tours of the pilgrims during Ramadan.
The delegation also seeks to settle with Saudi Umrah companies on orienting any pilgrim to Jeddah Airport six hours before flight.
It will hold a meeting with the officials of the Saudi aviation to operate the agreements and the mechanisms which they dealt, in order to organize the pilgrims’ flights and prevent the crowd in the airports.
