Etisal, a civil society organization working in the telecommunications and information technology sector, will organize a meeting tomorrow for introducing the training program that will be held to support small and medium sized companies in cooperation with IBM.
Hossam El Gaml, a member at the board of Etisal, stated that Etisal Academy aims to train chairmen of companies on team work building and leadership skills in accordance with IBM standards. He added that the training will address mechanisms for managing companies in highly competitive conditions by establishing cooperation with colleagues and benefiting from competitors.
The training program will last for 6 consecutive days starting from the 22nd to the 27th of September. 20 companies will attend this program, he said, adding that the program will open the door tomorrow for receiving applications and that the first companies to apply will have the priority in the selection process.
The actual cost of this program amounts to EGP 20.000, he said, pointing out that Etisal and IBM will sponsor 80% of the program, while the other 20% will be incurred by the participant companies.
Moreover, he noted that Etisal will cooperate with IBM to hold a second round of the program for 20 small-and-medium-sized companies during March 2013.
