ETIT and Zoomcar supply most recent monitoring devices to vehicles
Zoomcar considers the most important automotive sharing market.
Egyptian Company for Tracking Services & Information Technology (ETIT) has announced collaboration with Zoomcar to obtain a number of tracking devices.
Zoomcar will become the first and only company in Egypt that affords this type of solutions within the smart mass transportation sector.
“The agreement stems from our company’s keenness to deliver technical solutions for managing car fleets in Egypt. This includes automated vehicle tracking services, which it considered a technological boom that helps reduce thefts and improves the transportation sector efficiency in Egypt,” Major General Samir Fathi, Chairman and Managing Director of ETIT, said.
Meanwhile, the partnership served Zoomcar’s concern of protecting their customers, Hany Olama, Vice President & Country Head, explained. He added, “Through this cooperation, we seek to provide Zoomcar’s fleet with the latest tracking devices, in order to ensure locating the cars easily.”
Zoomcar Egypt intends reaching more agreements to multiple its investments in Egypt to reach $50 million in next three years, also would increase the number of its users from 3,500 to 100, 000 by the end of 2022.
By the end May, the company targets to expand its service to reach Alexandria then into many other governments.
