European markets briefing 05/04/2023

The European markets witnessed on Thursday a decline in London’s main index, FTSE, by a percentage of 0.37 percent. The index closed at 7,662.94 after gaining 28.42 points. It recorded a day high value of 7,678.45 and a day low value of 7,634.26.

The German main index fell by -0.53 percent and lost 83.30 points to close at 15,520.17. The index recorded a day high value of 15,627.29 and a day low value of 15,482.88.

CAC 40, the French main index, lost 28.66 points and dropped by -0.39 percent. The index closed at 7,316, recording a day high value of 7,359.40 and a day low value of 7,300.33.
