European markets briefing 12/04/2023

The European markets closed high on Wednesday, with the FTSE, London’s main index, rising by 0.50 percent. The index gained 39.12 points to close at 7,824.84. It recorded a day high value of 7,859.67 and a day low value of 7,783.40.

The German main index, DAX, inched up by 0.31 percent to 15,703.60, gaining 48.43 points. The index recorded a day high value of 15,827.28 and a day low value of 15,668.20.

CAC 40, France’s main index, climbed by 0.09 percent and gained 6.66 points. The index closed at 7,396.94, recording a day high value of 7,463.67 and a day low value of 7,379.79.
