European markets briefing 24/04/2023

The European markets closed low on Monday, with FTSE, London’s main index, dropping by -0.02 percent to 7,912.20. The index lost 1.93 points, recording a day high value of 7,927.11 and a day low value of 7,877.58.

DAX, Germany’s main index, fell by -0.11 percent to 15,863.95 after it lost 17.71 points. It recorded a day high value of 15,919.11 and a day low value of 15,831.10.

CAC 40, the French main index, inched down by -0.04 percent losing 3.14 points, to close at 7,573.86. The index recorded a day high value of 7,581.26 and a day low value of 7,545.60.
