Fekerty Competition Launches its Award Ceremony

Fekerty, the National Business Idea Competition, has held its 2012 Award Ceremony. The competition is organized by the American University in Cairo (AUC)- Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program (EIP), in cooperation with Intel.

Compressed Earth Brick has received a financial award of EGP 50000 from the AUC- )- Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program.

Among the winning teams are “Shams,” which will join the Intel Business Challenge Europe Competition to be held in California in the United States of America.

“Simuworld”, and “Theradolls” won EGP 10000. Make-movie.com will be offered an opportunity to join Flat6labs for 3 months, while “Compressed Earth Brick” will join the project’s committee at the AUC Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program. “Bayt Al Sa’ada” was granted ” Nahdet El Mahrousa’s Award” for the best social idea. “Recycle Egypt” won the Environmentally Friendly Green Project.

Moreover, the following teams have been offered scholarships in Dale Carnegie Training center: Routh, Red Store, WinT, Ensan, Bayt Al Sa’ada, Theradolls, Egytour, Krarak, Compressed Earth Brick, Simuworld, Solar Car Fan, Recycle Egypt, Zabtlak, Doctor Note, Ice’n’hot, La giralda, and Batropuppets.

Above all, all teams have been granted certifications to thank them for their great performance and brilliant ideas.
