Fireworks light up Cairo Tower to celebrate New Year 2023

Cairo Tower was the main attraction for New Year’s Eve in Egypt as fireworks go off and spectators watch from the Nile River Cairo amid an enthusiastic and enchanting atmosphere.

One of the most populous places in which these festivities took place was the vicinity of the Cairo Tower and the bridges overlooking them; with the Nile River reflecting the fireworks display.

President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi congratulated his great people and the whole world of the beginning of the new year 2023, according to his statement of Facebook.

“Calling on the Lord – Almighty to be a good, prosperous, loving and peaceful year and to continue our work in building Egypt’s future, in a spirit of defiance, determination, and that peace prevail among people around the world,” al-Sisi said.
