German Development Bank Oks €20mn Loan for Egypt’s Irrigation Improvement Project

The German Development Bank – Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) approved Sunday to grant a €20 million loan to Egypt, said Egyptian Minister of Water and Irrigation Hossam Moghazy.

KfW’s loan will go for the irrigation improvement project in Egypt’s governorates of Beheira and Kafr el-Sheikh covering an area of 30.000 feddans, the Egyptian official noted.
