The volume of bilateral trade between Egypt and Germany in 2015 reached around €5 billion ($5.6 billion), Egyptian Minister of Trade Tarek Qabil said Monday.
The trade relations between Egypt and Germany are remarkably growing, Qabil said in his keynote speech at the third session of the Egyptian-German Economic Committee held in Cairo.
Egypt’s exports to Germany have surged to €1.7 billion in 2015; while imports from the German market recorded €3.4 billion.
