Giza Chamber To Open Commercial Registry Headquarters Tomorrow

Giza Chamber of Commerce will inaugurate on Sunday the headquarters of the Commercial Registry, in the presence of the head of the authority in Giza, General Secretary of Giza, and Mr Adel Nasser, Chairman of Giza Chamber of Commerce, in addition to the board’s members.

Adel Razen, Director of the Economic Researches, at Giza Chamber of Commerce, said he will convene a meeting between the governorate’s general secretary and the chamber’s members to discuss completing the stages of establishing markets for the street vendors.

He added that the chamber in coordination with the governorate and officials mull over making a database to register the places and the numbers of the street vendors and how to convince them move into the alternative markets.

It is worth mentioning that Giza governorate has allocated 3 plots of land in Al Waraq, Al Ayyat, Badrashein to establish markets; paving the way to transfer the random trade outlets to these markets after merging them with the official sector, according to Giza Chamber of Commerce.
