Gold prices slightly increased on Tuesday, supported by a weaker dollar, as investors monitored the progress of Russia-Ukraine peace negotiations and US tariff policies.
As of 12:15 PM GMT, spot gold increased 0.20 per cent to $3,236.70 per ounce, higher than its previous close of $3,230.32. Meanwhile, US gold futures rose 0.16 per cent to $3,238.61 per ounce, down from Monday’s closing price of $3,233.5.
