Gold prices in Egypt declined on Sunday, reflecting movements in global bullion markets and shifts in the local currency, according to official pricing data.
By 17:27 p.m. Cairo time (15:27 GMT), 24-carat gold was trading at 7,668.5 Egyptian pounds per gram, down 74.5 pounds, or 0.96 per cent, from 7,743 pounds on 12 Feb.
Other gold grades posted similar losses.
