Gold prices in Egypt rose on Monday, gaining 0.18 per cent across major purities, driven by domestic demand, according to official pricing platforms.
At 16:00 local time (14:00 GMT), 24-carat gold was quoted at 6422.75Egyptian pounds per gram, up 11.25 pounds from Sunday’s close of 6411.5 pounds. Other purities recorded similar gains:
