Gold prices rise in Egypt on Monday, 05 Jan., 2026
Gold prices in Egypt climbed on Monday, in line with advances in international bullion markets, according to official pricing data.
By 17:23 p.m. local time (15:23 p.m. GMT), the price of 24-carat gold had risen by 85.75 Egyptian pounds, or 1.27 per cent, to 6,811.5 pounds per gram, up from 6,725.75 pounds at the close on 4 January.
