Gold prices rise on Aug. 7th

Spot gold prices up on Thursday, August 7, 2025, at 12:41 pm GMT by 0.48 per cent to $3,385.62 per ounce, compared to its previous close of $3,369.39.

Meanwhile, US gold futures increased 0.81 per cent to $3,461.17 per ounce, down from Wednesday’s closing price of $3,433.4.
