Egypt’s real estate investment firm, Grand Plaza says it plans to market two projects in New Cairo at Thiqa Real Estate Exhibition, taking place in United Arab Emirates from 13-16 December.
Around 30 firms will participate in the exhibition, with expected contractual sales of more than one billion Egyptian pounds ($55.7 million), Grand Plaza’s chief executive Sherif Osman on Wednesday.
“We will promote flagship La Mirada Compound in Mostakbal City, New Cairo on a space of 77 feddans, through participating in the fair,” Osman said.
With investments of 3.5 billion pounds, the fully-fledged residential project will include around 2,500 housing units with spaces ranging between 120 square metres and 240 square metres.
