Gras Savoye Egypt Eyes Expansions to Kuwait, Yemen Markets

Insurance broker Gras Savoye – Egypt plans to inaugurate new branches in Kuwait and Yemen within the upcoming period, Managing Director Hamed Mabrouk said on Tuesday. Accordingly, Gras Savoye Egypt will have then 5 subsidiaries abroad.

“Choosing Kuwait and Yemen to open up our new branches comes due to the fact that both countries are currently among promising insurance markets in the region.” Mabrouk told Amwal Al Ghad.

He added that Egyptian insurance activities have great presence in the Kuwaiti and Yemeni markets; therefore, there is a need for establishing an Egyptian insurance broker in such markets.

Moreover, Gras Savoye’s MD stated that he will be heading to Kuwait within the coming few days to begin procedures necessary for inaugurating its branch there.

Gras Savoye – Egypt exits in Sudan and Jordan, Mabrouk noted, referring that his company will inaugurate its long-awaited branch in Libya within next month.
