GUC Student’s Lawsuit due in April 8th Session
Court of Administrative Justice headed by counselor Anwar Khalil delayed the lawsuit, that calls for backing the GUC students detached by the university’ administration on the back of condemning the military junta, for verdict on April 8th session.
It was mentioned that Association of Thought and Expression was filed a lawsuit which
demands the back of students and quashing the university’s administration decision; which is detaching 5 students on the back of organizing a protest against the military junta as this in solidarity with their friend killed in Port Said incidents.
