The Muslim Brotherhood (MB) spokesperson, Dr Mahmoud Ghozlan, said the Group discusses on Wendesday, during the guidance bureau meeting, the Supreme Constitutional court’s decision of obliging President Mohamed Morsi to dissolve the People’s Assembly; mentioning that the case doesn’t concern the Group but it matters the prestige of the elected president Mohamed Morsi.
Ghozlan explained that some parties want to grab the president’s powers in order to prevent him from achieving the Egyptians aspirations; underscoring the Group refuses this.
He referred that the Group may call for sit-in in all the governorates; objecting to the Supreme Constitutional court’s decisions. He said the court tresspesed its powers. The administrative court is the only destination authorized to oblige the executive power to obey decisions.
Ghozlan affirmed that the MB will not allow to fail the president.
