Hassan Allam ups stake in SODIC by 3.9 %

Hassan Allam Properties raised its stake in Six of October Development and Investment (SODIC) to 3.9 percent from 2.22 percent.

The transaction involved the purchase of 5.87 million shares for 76.05 million pounds at an average price of  12.95 pounds per share.

EFG Hermes Securities Brokerage acted as a broker in the transaction.
