Hazem Abou Ismail sues MOI for the American Document

The presidential candidate Sheikh Hazem Abou Ismail filed a lawsuit no. 32817\66; for cancelling the minister of interior’s decision which considered “Ismail’s mother” has the American nationality.

The lawsuit no. 32817\66 referred to the necessity of obliging the minister of interior to provide the evidence proving that his mother has the American nationality.

It has mentioned lately that Ismail’s mother has the American nationality; as this matter will affect on his nomination for the coming presidential elections. Abou Ismail said that what has spread about the American documents concern his mother are invalid.

Abou Ismail called for checking his mother’s nationality as soon as possible by inquiring America and its embassy; this before publishing the news.
