Homes Real Estate marketing 50 Egyptian projects at UAE’s property fair

Egypt’s Homes Real Estate says it is marketing more than 50 projects in favour of other firms at Thiqa Real Estate Exhibition, taking place in United Arab Emirates from 13-16 December.

The works include 15 projects in Egyptian new capital, 45km (28 miles) east of Cairo, 6 projects in Ain Sokhna, and 15 more in New Cairo and Nasr City, said the real estate marketing firm’s chairman Mohamed Ebeid on Tuesday.

Around 30 firms are participating in the exhibition, with expected contractual sales of more than one billion Egyptian pounds ($55.7 million), Ebeid added.
