Egypt’s Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities announced Saturday that 4,900 housing units in Al Mahrousa I and II in Al Nahda City Second in Cairo would be completed soon.
Al Mahrousa I comprises the construction of 128 63-square-metre buildings, including 3,352 units, while Al Mahrousa II comprises the construction of 65 63-square-metre buildings, including 1,672 units, said the housing minister Moustafa Madbouly, according to an official statement.
The units’ finishes and the instalment of utilities were completed while paving and the construction of services facilities are underway, the top official concluded.
