Hyde Park to ink EGP 2.5bn construction contracts this year
Egypt’s Hyde Park Properties for Development (HPD) plans to sign construction contracts of around 2.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($139.9 million) within 2018, said its chief executive Amin Serag on Saturday.
Serag referred that his company has signed construction contracts worth 850 million pounds to carry out a number of new works in its ongoing public-private partnership (PPP) projects.
“The company seeks to raise the accomplishment rates of its projects within this year,” the Egyptian official further told Amwal Al Ghad.
Moreover, he said his company prepares to deliver 1,000 units in its fully-fledged residential flagship Hyde Park in New Cairo. The project is being executed over six million square metres in eight phases.
“We have so far handed over 800 units in the project,” Serag noted.
