The Insurance Federation of Egypt (IFE) will hold a symposium next Wednesday in collaboration with the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) to discuss the subjects and solutions submitted by the technical committees.
IFE will review the policy adopted by the Engineering Insurance Committee and the issues discussed in the meetings of the Committee and companies’ officials over a year.
The committee will give the main recommendations it reached as well as the main conditions of the nuclear insurance policy which has been recently translated. The nuclear insurance policy includes common terms of the engineering insurance policy, installation errors insurance policy, liability insurance policy and testing and operation insurance policy.
The symposium will be inaugurated by Adel Mounir, the deputy chairman of EFSA, and Abdel Raouf Kotb, the chairman of IFE, and will be presented by Ahmed Morsi, the head of Engineering Insurance Committee. Questionnaires will be distributed in the symposium to the attendees to know what they have reached.
The Egyptian Pool for Nuclear Entities has eight members which are Misr Insurance Company, National Insurance Company of Egypt, Suez Canal Insurance Company, Al Mohandes Insurance Company, Delta Insurance Company, Chartis Egypt Insurance, Arab Misr Insurance Group (AMIG) and Egyptian Saudi Insurance House.
