Impact to market 2 projects in Egypt new capital next Dec.
Egyptian newly-established Impact Real Estate says it is planning to start promoting two commercial and administrative projects in the country’s new capital by early next December.
With target sales of around 1.3 billion Egyptian pounds ($72.4 million), the two flagships are spanning over 13,000 square metres, Impact’s chairman Ali Gaber told Amwal Al Ghad on Wednesday.
As for the first project, it will be marketed on a space of 9,450 square metres, with target sales of one billion pounds, Gaber added.
“The second project is spanning over 3,700 square metres, with target sales of about 350 million pounds,” he said.
They are the first commercial and administrative projects launched in the new capital, Gaber said.
