India’s liquefied natural gas (LNG) imports rose by 5.3 percent in November to reach 2.34 billion cubic metres, compared to the same month in 2022, data from the oil ministry’s Petroleum Planning and Analysis Cell (PPAC) revealed on Tuesday.
Indian oil product deliveries edged higher in November but were underwhelming compared to the usual seasonal rise, according to the International Energy Agency (IEA). India’s oil product demand growth would slow to 2.5 percent next year, the agency projected.
