Insurance Federation of Egypt raises contributions to Sisi’s fund to $376k

Insurance Federation of Egypt announced Thursday a decision to commit a third contribution to Long Live Egypt (Tahya Masr) Fund, originally initiated by President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi to support national economy.

The federation has donated a further one million Egyptian pounds (US$112,622) to the fund, to raise total contribution to the fund to 3.34 million pounds.

In November 2013, the federation committed 1.34 million pounds to the fund, followed by another contribution worth one million pounds in October 2014.
