Insurance Federation Of Egypt Sets Date Of Candidature Today
The board of directors of the Insurance Federation of Egypt (IFE) will hold a meeting today to set the starting date of candidature to the board of directors.
An official source said IFE plans to discuss the new laws and regulations of the election to the board of directors in its meeting.
Ahmed Arfin, the managing directors of Egyptian Takaful Insurance Company (Non-Life), announced he will run for presidency of IFE’s board of directors in the election which is slated to be held by the middle of next month.
It is worth mentioning that electing a deputy chairman of IFE is delayed to next month so as to hold election for the whole board.
Alaa El-Zoheiry, chairman and managing director of Arab Misr Insurance Group (AMIG), and Ahmed Arfin, managing director of the Egyptian Takaful Insurance Company (Non-Life), are the most likely candidates to be the chairman of IFE.
