An alliance dedicated for carrying out national technological projects in Egypt, ‘Integrated’ will be launched next mid April, Prosylab Holding Company chairman and head of the integrated solutions division at Eitesal Moqbel Fayyad told Amwal Al Ghad.
The firms taking part in the Integrated alliance have agreed to set mid April as the date of launch. The alliance is with a capital of EGP 500 million (US$ 65.5 million).
The alliance is founded to execute the national projects in communications and Information technology (IT) sectors with the participation of 8 joint-stock companies.
Fayyad asserted that the procedures of founding the alliance would be finished within 10 days at maximum then it would get the approval of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI) in order to become operational.
