Internal Trade Head: Prices Are 15% Down In Winter Sale

Dr Ahmed Abbas, Head of Internl Commerce Sector, at the Egyptian Ministry of Supply and Internal Commerce, said the winter sale started yesterday, and lasts for a whole month, by decreasing the prices 15% down.

Each trader determines the prices of the commodities, on condition that the sale is real and the commodities be under the standard specifications.

Abbas added that the sector has daily campaigns to supervise the sale; elaborating that the target of this sale is to activate the internal trade movement and to avoid the recession.

He has referred that Dr Bassem Auda, Egyptian Minister of Supply and Internal Commerce, allowed that some vans can display food commodities, in coordination with the Holding Company for Food Industries of the Ministry of Investment, to be sold with low prices.
