Iraq renews contract supplying Egypt with 12 million barrels of oil

Iraq’s Cabinet on Thursday approved renewing its contract to supply the state-run Egyptian General Petroleum Corporation (EGPC) with 12 million barrels of Basra light crude oil for 2021, Iraqi News Agency (INA) reported.

The terms of the contract will remain unchanged on condition that Egypt pays the value of oil shipments within the year.
