Israel kills at least 200 people in Gaza in just 24 hours
Israel killed more than 200 people in 24 hours amidst an upsurge in attacks in the West Bank, taking the death toll to 20,258 since the war broke out, said the Health Ministry of Gaza on Saturday.
The previous day, the Security Council approved a resolution demanding “immediate, safe, and unhindered” deliveries of life-saving aid to Gaza “at scale,” but it did not call for an end to the deadly fighting.
Since the beginning of the war on October 7th, Israel has launched a relentless bombardment and ground invasion of Gaza that has displaced nearly two million people and reduced much of the territory to rubble.
