Italian business delegation to visit Egypt next March: ambassador

A delegation of Italian food and agricultural institutions and business leaders will visit Egypt within this March, said Italian Ambassador to Cairo Michele Quaroni said on Monday.

Speaking at the first edition of Cairo Food Summit, Quaroni further said the delegation is under the auspices of the Italian ministry of foreign affairs and the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS) as well as some major companies in the food security support sector.

The visit will focus on exploring opportunities for enhanced trade and investment engagement in private and public sector (PPP) projects, he added.
