The Information Technology Industry Development “ITIDA” will finance the electronic marketing project in cooperation with the International Information Institute (ITI) at a total cost up to 600 thousands.
Khalid Morsy, the treasurer of the chamber’s board of directors, stated that ITIDA will offer a EGP 600.000 support to the project’s participants; EGP 3000 for each one. He added that the number of participants reaches 200.
He also pointed out that the Chamber has collaborated with the ITI in preparing the training’s curriculum, noting that the ITI will provide the trainers and laboratories required for the program. The program will take 4 stages, given that each stage will last for one month, including 50 trainees.
Morsy expected that the project will be launched at early September and that the registration will start next November. He further explained that the program aims at training small and medium-sized entreprises on marketing their products on the internet, using advanced technologies to support the export of their products.
