As part of its ongoing efforts to provide its clients with the most advanced banking solutions, Jordan Ahli Bank recently announced the launch of its free mobile banking application, Ahli Mobile. This secure and easy to use service is available to all of Ahli Bank ‘s clients as of July 1st, 2012, and is catered to satisfy the banking needs of all sectors within the community. The service is compatible with Smart phones, and will soon be available on Android and BlackBerry operating phones.
Deputy CEO – Head of Group Personal Banking and Local Branch Mangement, Mr. Ahmad Al Khub explained that the new service came as a direct result of the Bank’s ongoing efforts to develop its service offerings. He further stated that the new service development serves to solidify the Bank’s commitment to maintaining its pioneering position in the market, a goal it achieves through providing new and inovative services to the Jordanian community.
“We are proud to be amongst the first financial institutions to provide mobile banking services in the Kingdom, this will allow us to solidify our position in the market as providers of diversified service offerings to our clients. Our ultimate goal is to provide our clients with a distinguished banking experience. Having said that, we are confident that our service will receive high demand and acceptance amongst its users,” added Al Khub.
Ahli Mobile offers many benefits to its users, as it enables them to locate the branch closest to them while also transferring funds internally from their accounts. Furthermore, the service also allows users to check exchange rates, credit cards, apply for loans, and to budget their expenses, amongst other things.
