The Egyptian President, Mohamed Morsi, will receive the US Secretary of State, John Kerry, during his first visit to Egypt since he has taken up the office.
Mohamed Kamel Amr, Egypt’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, will meet with John Kerry to talk about the bilateral relations in addition to the regional states; the latest developments in Syria will top the meeting and ways of preventing bloodshed there.
A reliable diplomatic source in Cairo has revealed that the Egyptian Minister of Defense, Abdel Fatah El-Sissy, will also meet with the US Secretary of States during his visit. The US’s Kerry will hold a meeting with the Secretary General of Arab League, Dr Nabil Al Araby.
The sources added that Kerry’s visit will also include holding meetings with a number of businessmen, representatives of political parties and the civil society.
