Saudi Arabia’s Knowledge Economic City Company (KEC) and Hilton Worldwide Manage Ltd signed agreements for branding, marketing licence and services for the residential tower of the first phase of Al-Multaka Project, according to the KEC’s statement on Tadawul on Sunday.
Under the agreements, Hilton will license the Saudi company to sell apartments in the branded residence tower under its name and to offer hotel guests specific services through the Hilton Hotel, which is located next to the branded residence tower.
The Knowledge Economic City Hub Project – Al-Multaka is designed to be an additional social and economic destination for Medina with its multi-use components. The project’s mall is connected to the Hilton Hotel, which provides 354 five-star rooms in addition to a big banquet and conference hall. The Hilton Hotel is also connected to the residential tower as well.
