Kuwait gears up to return to intl. debt markets

Kuwait is preparing to return to international debt markets soon, Finance Minister Noora Al Fassam said on Monday. The country last issued bonds in 2017, but its return has been stalled for years due to political disputes over a Finance Minister Noora Al Fassam.

Successive parliaments and cabinets have failed to pass the legislation needed for the government to resume borrowing.
