Kuwait’s 15th relief plane for Gaza arrives in Egypt

Kuwait’s 15th air bridge carrying 40 tons of supplies arrived at Egypt’s Al-Arish Airport on Tuesday to reach people in Gaza.

Head of Al-Salam Society for Humanitarian and Charitable Works,Nabil Al-Aoun, said that the shipment is the 15th in a row provided by the State of Kuwait containing various relief materials.

He said the aid shipment includes solar panels to generate electrical energy, a group of large and medium-sized refrigerators, and flashlights, also operating with solar energy, to overcome power outage in the strip.

The air bridge is supervised by the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Defense, Health, Social Affairs and Labor.

Also cooperating on providing aid are the Kuwait Red Crescent Society, the Kuwait Relief Society, and other Kuwaiti charitable bodies.
