Lawsuit Calls For Reinstating Constitution of 1971

Lawyer Ayman Zakaria Hassen filed a lawsuit before the administrative court of the states council; calling for reinstating the constitution of 1971 which is suspended by the constitutional amendments and finishing the presidency elections.

The lawsuit No. 48806/66 litigates both of Dr. Mohamed Morsi and the head of the military council. It mentioned that the military council suspended the constitution of 1971 in order to seiz the power instead of the people which Article 84 of the constitution had stipulated.
