Gold prices in the Egyptian market on Sunday continued to slide for the fourth successive day to EGP 10830.95 (US$1610) an ounce.
The Twenty-four carat gold is sold for EGP 348.70 in local markets.
The widely-spread in Egypt Twenty-one carat gold is sold for EGP 305.17, representing a decline of five pounds.
For the 18 carat gold, it is sold for EGp 261.64; while the 14 carat gold is sold for EGP 203.61.
Gold price per kilo has reached EGP 348215.14; while the gold pound has hit EGP 2441.36.
The weekly gold price change percentage per ounce has witnessed a decline of 3.373% or EGP 365.13. In addition, the monthly gold price change percentage per ounce has had also a decline of 2.703% or EGP 292.64.
