Loncin Motor Plans to Set up Venture with Egypt’s AMINO

China-based Loncin Motor Co Ltd (603766:Shanghai) has recently signed an agreement with Egypt’s AMINO Motorcycle, which shows that the company plans to manufacture and sell Loncin products in the North African country.

AMINO is one of Egypt’s only five motorcycle manufacturers with production licenses.

Loncin will set up a venture with AMINO after the latter’s ownership reform so as to jointly expand business in Egypt. The company is predicted to invest about US $ 4 million.
