Egypt’s property developer firm Marseilia Group said Tuesday it plans to sign a partnership agreement with the country’s Ministry of Housing to develop a bunch of residential communities in Upper Egypt within 2018.
Marseilia Group further announced that it also seeks to expand its business in touristic and hotel projects within this year, through signing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with global giant firms.
Moreover, the Egyptian company achieved profits worth 4.1 million Egyptian pounds ($232,142) during 2017 from 12.15 million pounds during 2016.
