Master Group markets 90% of its works debut in Egypt new capital
Egypt’s property developer Master Group says it has marketed 90 percent of its project debut – The City – in the country’s new administrative capital, 45km (28 miles) east of Cairo.
Spanning over 54 feddans, the project includes 2,700 housing units with spaces varying between 140 square metres and 211 square metres as well as 8 villas, sales team leader Mohamed Dahab said on Sunday.
“We had obtained the ministerial approval on the residential, administrative, and commercial project, which involves a built-up area of 25 percent,” Dahab further told Amwal Al Ghad.
Master Group plans to tap two real estate exhibitions in Kuwait and Dubai within the upcoming period to promote more flagships abroad, he added.
