Egypt’s Misr Engineering Development Company (MEDCOM) has reached a deal to develop 121 villas in Hyde Park project in Sixth of October City, its chairman Moataz Mahmoud announced Monday.
These villas will be developed at a total cost estimated at 140 million Egyptian pounds ($7.9 million), Mahmoud further said.
The Egyptian official added that MEDCOM will execute the villas in favour of the county’s Hyde Park Properties Company.
“The residential flagship includes construction works for the villas besides other fully-fledged utilities systems for the units,” he noted.
Asked about MEDCOM’s more works, Mahmoud said that his company is developing a number of housing units for some real estate developers.
“We are currently preparing to deliver 18 housing in favour of Palm Hills Developments in New Cairo by the middle of next year, at a cost exceeding 160 million pounds,” Mahmoud referred.
