Ministry of Manpower Monitors 16 Strikes In 7 Province

Khaled Al Azhry, Minister of Manpower and Immigration, received a report form a sector in the ministry, which is in charge of protests and workers strikes in Egypt. The report revealed that from16 to 18 September the number of strikes reached 16 ones in 7 provinces, 7 strikes were settled on, while the rest are being taking up.

The minister pointed out that the reasons of the strikes varied from company to another, such as the workers suffer the low wages, late allowances, getting bonus, and the transportation problem.
