Misr Insurance wins Alex-based textile firm’s $127.7mn policy bid

The leading insurer in MENA region, Misr Insurance Company has won a policy bid to insure the assets, factories, and premises of one of Alexandria-based textile firms.

According to Essam Mansour – Misr Insurance’s representative in Alexandria, the policy is a one-year renewable term and with total sum insured of up to one billion Egyptian pounds (US$127.7 million).

Mansour further told Amwal Al Ghad that the policy involves an insurance coverage of all dangers arising out of fire, burglary, and machine breakdowns.
