Misr Italia launches Il Bosco City in New Cairo

Egypt’s real estate developer, Misr Italia Properties has launched its flagship Il Bosco City in Mostakbal City, New Cairo, announced co-chief executive on Wednesday.

The nature-inspired community project will be with investments of 22 billion Egyptian pounds ($1.3 billion), targeting revenues of 36 billion pounds, said Mohamed Hany El Assal.

Misr Italia is set to start the construction works of the project’s first phase over 40 feddans within the first quarter of 2020, El Assal said, adding that it will be delivered within 2024.
